The Minnie Mouse: The Main Attraction Tiki Room Ears launched on May 16, 2020. The monthly collection was released on the third Saturday of each month and featured a plush, Loungefly bag, mug, pin set, and for some months a Magic Band. The May collection was released in limited quantities online only.

 The MMA collection was also available for purchase in Shanghai, Hong Kong (without the MMA tag), and shopDisney UK.

The ears originally retailed for $34.99.
