The Día de Los Muertos Mexico Ears were first released in Disneyland Paris on October 13, 2022. The ears were released in Paris as an annual passholder exclusive at the Storybook Store. Supposedly, they were a limited release item of 500, however, they were available for purchase in Disneyland on October 21, 2022. The arrived in Animal Kingdom and Coronado Springs in late November. The ears feature an imitation leather ear design with silk flowers and a fabric headband.
The original retail price was €30.00 and $34.99 in the US.

I found a single set of these ears at the animal kingdom traders shop. Was this some kind of weird fluke? Your post is the only information I can find about them aside from the DL Paris website.

They have been in DL for awhile, but they have recently had a few at Animal Kingdom and Coronado Springs.
