The Nightmare Before Christmas Loungefly Ears were first released at Hong Kong Disneyland on August 14, 2021. The ears are made of a holographic patent material with a translucent bow. The ears also match a Loungefly mini backpack that has a pocket designed to carry ears.

On August 16, 2021, the Disney Parks Blog announced that these ears and the matching bag would be coming to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and shopDisney in September.

The original retail price in Hong Kong was HK$169. In the US, the price was $39.99, though, they briefly sold for $29.99 on shopDisney.
