The Mickey-O-Lantern Ears were available for preorder on July 1, 2021 from Loungefly independent retailers. The ears were similar in design to the non-Loungefly pumpkin pair that was released in the fall of 2020. This particular pair features a faux leather, glow in the dark Mickey and a Minnie pumpkin with a faux leather black bow. The ears match a crossbody and backpack that were also available for preorder.

The original retail price was around $30 depending on where they were preordered from.
