The Disney Cruise Line Christmas Ears were released at a Cast Member only shopping event held at Walt Disney World the first full week of December 2020. The ears were not released elsewhere as cruises were still shutdown due to COVID-19.

The tagged retail price was $29.99, however, they were sold at a significant discount at the cast event.
