The Minnie Wishmas Ears were released at the end of 2019 at Hong Kong Disneyland. For every Minnie Wishmas Ears purchased, Hong Kong Disneyland contributed HK$50 ($6 US) to Make-A-Wish HK.
The ears were sold for HK$119.
