The Toy Story Alien Loungefly Pastel Collection Ears were first released on the Disney Store website on September 15, 2025.

The Toy Story Alien Loungefly Ear Headband is inspired by the prized toys from Pizza Planet. They are the ninth in the Pastel Character Series. The padded corduroy ears are embroidered with the faces of Space Aliens and a corduroy bow tops off the ears. The side of the headband is adorned with an orange Loungefly plaque.

The original retail price of the ears was $44.99.
