The Buttons Dooney & Bourke Ears first released on June 28, 2025 in Disneyland. The ears later released in Walt Disney World and on the Disney Store website.

The Buttons Dooney & Bourke Ears feature the standard coated canvas fabric with an allover print with Disney-inspired buttons featuring such familiar faces as Mickey Mouse, Tinker Bell, Baloo, Ariel and many more. A black genuine leather bow sits at the center of the ears with a metallic golden ”Dooney & Bourke” logo at the center.

The original retail price of the ears was $198.00.
