The Baymax Loungefly Ears released on April 14, 2025 on Disney Store. As of posting, they have yet to release in the parks. The ears feature Baymax, the inflatable healthcare companion from Disney’s Big Hero 6. The ears are simulated leather and feature appliqués of Baymax waving and holding a lollipop circled by the skyline of San Fransokyo The side of the headband has a metal Loungefly plaque. A matching Loungefly mini backpack was also released. The backpack released in Walt Disney World prior to the collection releasing online.

The original retail price of the ears was $44.99.
