The 2007 Spring Carnival Ears were released at Tokyo DisneySea on March 21, 2007 for the Tokyo DisneySea Spring Carnival. The event was a part of the park’s 5th anniversary celebration. Tokyo DisneySea Spring Carnival ran March 21 to May 31, 2007.

The ears feature a yellow glittery ear with a blue and green butterfly. The ears were designed to add other decorative embellishments to customize the ears. A pink pair was also released.

The original retail price was ¥900.
