The Macron Ears were first released around Walt Disney World on March 12, 2024. They released around Disneyland and on the Disney Store website in the following days. The ears officially released on Disney Store on March 19, 2024 as part of the Disney Eats monthly collection. Other pieces in the collection include the Loungefly mini backpack ($88.00) and the Spirit Jersey ($89.99), and Starbucks tumbler ($27.99).

The original retail price was $39.99.
