The Guardians of the Galaxy Ears first released at World of Disney in Disney Springs on February 27, 2024 followed by being sold at Treasures of Xander in EPCOT in the following. In early March, they arrived in Disneyland.

The ears feature brightly colored simulated leather with silhouettes of the Guardians on one ear and the Guardians logo on the other. The bow represents tape from a tape cassette with an Awesome Mix Vol. 1 embroidered patch at the center.
