The Navy Moon and Stars Ears released as part of Disney Halloween at Tokyo Disney Resort on September 14, 2023.

The headband is made of a navy blue sequin with a black flat style bow (same as the first Disney100 Ears). On the back, the left ear features a gold moon and stars stitched on while the right ear has two black bats.

The original retail price is ¥2,200.
