The Make-A-Wish Disney Cruise Line Adaptable Wish Ears were first revealed by Ashley Eckstein on June 29, 2022 for the inaugural sailing of the Disney Wish. Ten percent of sales through July 2023 from the Make-A-Wish line will be donated by Disney to Make-A-Wish.

The ears were sold on board the Disney Wish for the inaugural sailings in addition to on shopDisney in honor of the sailings.
